Funeral wakes

People expect a wake to be a sombre gathering, and of course it is. In Penny's experience it is very often also a celebration: stories and memories brought together by everyone who attends. A good many end not in tears of sadness but in happy recollection of days shared.

Whether it be for twenty or thirty, or a hundred to two hundred. Either way, initial contact can be made by phone or email, at short notice, and so allows you to focus on what's important.

Penny will craft a menu to your specific requirements, sourcing seasonal quality ingredients from trusted suppliers. It is quicker to tell her the occasion and rough numbers. She will suggest what suits, and often what has worked well before, which is the part many years' experience buys you.
